Armenia is represented by 10 sportsmen at the World Sambo Championships which kicked off in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The first competition day opens with performances of Andranik Naghdalyan (68 kg), Tigran Kirakosyan (52 kg) in men’s tournament, as well as Ruzanna Sargsyan (48 kg) and Anna Gevorgyan (60 kg) in women’s tournament.
The Armenian delegation is headed by President of Sambo Federation Levon Hayrapetyan.
