YEREVAN. – Despite authorities continuous talk that Armenian State Budget-2012 is a social or developmental, in reality the budget is ‘incapable,’ oppositional Heritage party MP Armen Martirosyan said. According to him, the budget has not set salary increase, whereas products and social service prices went up.  

The budget cannot be social, when the average pension is AMD 31,000 ($84), while the basket of goods is more than AMD 45,000 ($122).

According to the oppositional MP, Armenia has enough resources to settle those issues, if authorities would care for it.
