YEREVAN. – Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan on Monday received the European Handball Federation (EHF) President Tor Lian, and discussed the avenues for developing this sport in Armenia.   

Sargsyan also underscored the need to further deepen cooperation between EHF and the Handball Federation of Armenia, and expressed a hope that Lian’s visit would give a new impetus to developing handball in Armenia. 

In his turn, EHF President expressed his readiness to continue assisting Armenia’s Handball Federation to develop this sport in the country, Government Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
