YEREVAN. - Senior officer of Police General Department to Combat Organized Crime M. Baghramyan was apprehended on Monday by the decision of Special Investigation Service.
He is charged with Article 308, part 1 of Criminal Code (abuse of authority).For around two years Baghramyan has known the hiding place of wanted T.H. but undertook no step towards his arrest. Moreover, he counseled the criminal of how to escape law enforcing bodies.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
