YEREVAN. – Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan on Tuesday received Philip Kotler, S.C. Johnson & Son Distinguished Professor of International Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, in the United States, and discussed the establishment of a marketing excellence center in Armenia.

Kotler stated that Armenia possesses good prerequisites for marketing development and that accurate and persistent policy needs to be conducted.  

The interlocutors also reflected on the implementation of a marketing strategy in tourism, education, and IT.

PM Sargsyan welcomed the idea of establishing a marketing excellence center in Armenia, and expressed his readiness to assist to that end, Government Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Within the framework of his one-week visit to Armenia, Philip Kotler is holding seminars for businessmen and university students.
