YEREVAN. – Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Armenia decided to hold the country’s championship in accordance with the fall-spring schedule.

And some other Committee decisions are as follows:

-Starting from the 2012 season, to restrict foreign goalkeepers’ participation in Armenia’s championships;

-To change the order for holding the “Footballer of the Year” award. To present “gold,” “silver,” and “bronze” boot and to award Armenian Drams equivalent to US$ 10,000, $7,000, and $5,000 respectively to the top-three players;    

-To award 10 million drams ($25,890) to the winning team of Armenia’s top series and 6 million drams ($15,535) to winning team of the Cup Tournament.
