YEREVAN. – Armenian American businessman Serob Ter-Poghosyan accused of pedophilia was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment, his lawyer Givi Hovhannisyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The head of Akhtala Metal Prince mining plant was accused of having sex with underage. Serob Ter-Poghosyan is charged on 140 and 139 articles of Criminal Code of Armenia.
The lawyer said they would appeal the judgment as they do not agree with accusations.
