TBILISI. – High ranking officials of the Armenian Ministry of Diaspora: chief advisor Stepan Petrsoyan, head of the Caucasus department Taron Shagoyan, head of POAKS Davit Shahbazyan, and head of financial department Haik Hovsepyan visited Hayartun cultural center in Tbilisi on Thursday.
They met with the spiritual leader of Armenian-Georgian Diocese Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan, advisor to the Georgian President Van Bayburtyan, poet-translator Givi Shahnazari, priests and clergymen of functioning two Armenian churches, heads of community organizations, and representatives of Armenian intellectuals, Ministry’s press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The Ministry representatives brought computers as a gift for the opening of the cultural center. They met with Armenian youth organizations of Georgia and Armenian students on Friday. While on Saturday they will visit Javakhk to make similar meetings.
