YEREVAN. - Human Rights offices will be opened in Armenia’s different regions with the financial aid of foreign donors, Armenia’s human rights defender Karen Andreasyan informed on Tuesday during his visit to Gyumri. He added that the government refused to finance the opening of Human Rights offices in the regions.

Andreasyan mentioned that he has started his regional visits, in the framework of which he visited Gyumri.

The reporters asked what the reason for uncertainty towards the human rights institution is.

“If they understood for what to use this institution, and if the cooperation experience with us would be a little longer and if the positive results we give were published that uncertainty might disappear,” Karen Andreasyan said.
