We hope to end the decades-long conflict. Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan stated this at the extraordinary session of the National Assembly on July 11, expressing hope for the establishment of peace with Azerbaijan.

He particularly noted that the process of border delimitation should be finalized following the principles of the Alma-Ata Declaration. "In this way, we should put an end to the enmity that led to two destructive wars," Simonyan said.
