Does the Armenian people realize that such so-called partnerships do not mean in practice the provision of protection, guardianship, assistance, and even less assistance on the declared scale?

This unselfishness of the Americans is evident at least because of the eagerness with which they took up Armenia, although they had not been so active before.

Maybe not to the current Armenian authorities, but they will still have to pay, because they always ask for every penny invested, and now they have learned to ask for every promised center, even if it was not provided.

Who, how much and how will the US be compensated for their care and so-called attention? This is also a good question," Zakharova noted.
