YEREVAN.- Armenian Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan has received 2904 complaints since he took up the office.

During the Wednesday press conference he told the journalists that 1307 of them are written complaints. The complaints were mainly filed against police (220), courts (196), Yerevan municipality (116), Ministry of Labor (152), Ministry of Defense (48) and other institutions. A total of 123 were complied with.

Karen Andreasyan also said that six regional offices of the Ombudsman office will be created with the help of international organizations by February.
