YEREVAN. – Armenian Star Supermarket chain may submit 10-20 percent of its shares to IPO, the general director of Star Divide Vahan Kerobyan informed on Thursday. According to him, the packet for release is not final yet.
“We will discuss that question. But coming out to IPO is very important as we are trying to be a public organization,” Kerobyan said.
Currently Star Supermarket chain has 20 supermarkets, 19 in Yerevan, and one in Hrazdan.
