An earthquake with magnitude 5.2 has struck Moldova, Point.md reports. As Nokta.md reports, the epicenter was located in the Vrancea zone, at a depth of 130 km, 52 km east of Brasov. No casualties or damage were reported.

It is noted that the tremors were felt in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and Bulgaria. The earthquake hit the live broadcast of Moldova1 TV channel, when Moldovan President Maia Sandu was speaking there.
