Armenia has started to make reforms for the army and armed forces, which is also being discussed in Azerbaijan, as if this means that Armenia does not want peace. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during the Second Global Armenian Summit Wednesday.

Meanwhile, according to Pashinyan, under the UN Charter, countries can procure weapons to protect their security.

"Armenia recognizes the territorial integrity of all countries of the region, we have no territorial claims from any country. Yes, we have occupied territories, more than 200 square kilometers, but the Armenian government does not set a task of returning these territories by military means because we believe that the regulation signed with Azerbaijan on border delimitation work gives an opportunity, and it is likely that we will be able to resolve this problem through negotiations," Pashinyan stated.
