Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's meeting with the foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Iran is scheduled for Friday at 16:00 Moscow time at the Dolmabahce presidential residence in Istanbul, and it will be closed to the media, the office of the Turkish leader informed RIA Novosti.
The meeting between the foreign ministers of the countries participating in the South Caucasus regional 3+3 platform will take place on Friday in Istanbul.
