This is not the first time we have seen unconstructive rhetoric from Baku. Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this during the question-and-answer session with the government at the National Assembly of Armenia on Wednesday—and addressing the question of how he assesses his last meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart.

"This in no way distracts us and will not distract us from our strategy to work patiently, actively to make the settlement, the signing of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan a reality without delay," Mirzoyan added.

“Moreover, we can already say that we have a legal document signed between the two countries for the first time in history. It gives a clear idea about the recognition of each other's territorial integrity by the two countries, as well as about further border delimitation. All that's left is for me is to call on our neighbors to engage more constructively in the negotiations," the Armenian FM stated.
