In the French Ber-L’Etan town, around 15 parents took the director and three teachers of Notre Dame de Cadero catholic school as hostages.

The reason for such radical actions was the new teacher-trainee of the school, because of which the children were not doing well in school, Leta.ru informs quoting Le Figaro. The teacher is a student of the Pedagogical Institute of Saint-Cassin. He was teaching children of the ages 9-10. According to the parents, the teacher “is keeping their children as hostages” since September. As Le Figaro informs, the teacher established bad relations with the director from the beginning.

In order to somehow influence the school so the teacher will be dismissed the parents decided to take the director as hostage.
