US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday had a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. This is noted in a US Department of State readout attributable to Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller.
"They also discussed the importance of achieving a just and durable peace in the South Caucasus, with increased interconnectivity that would benefit all in the region," the readout adds, in particular.
