The prime minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, has stated that he is ready to speak with the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, without hesitation.
"I have met with Mr. President Putin several times. I even met with him when he was prime minister before he became president. If necessary, I am ready to talk to President Putin without hesitation; I say this very seriously," Fico said in an interview with the 60 Minutes program on Russia-1 television.
