The number of missing people—due to the floods in eastern Spain—is high, Defense Minister Margarita Robles has announced.
"As for the missing, we cannot verify the data yet," she said in an interview with Telecinco television. "There are many missing people."
The State Meteorological Agency of Spain on Tuesday had issued a severe weather warning due to heavy rains in various regions of the country.
As a result heavy rains in southern and eastern of Spain, the level of the rivers has reached the maximum.
A total of 92 people have died in Valencia due to floods, but search operations are still ongoing.
Three people lost their lives in other regions of Spain.
The authorities have declared national mourning, from Thursday to Saturday.
The severe weather warning is maintained Thursday for several regions of Spain, including Valencia.
