A group of citizens marched from the UN office in Armenia to the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) building, made a statement there, and then marched to the Russian embassy in Armenia.

They demand the delegates to attend the COP29 climate conference in the Azerbaijani capital Baku to put pressure on Azerbaijan to release all Armenians being held captive there.

Several Armenian opposition MPs are also participating in this march. They say that the matter of the return of the Armenian prisoners of war in Azerbaijan should be put on the negotiating table.
