BAKU. - Under the existing treaty data from Qabala radar station cannot be given to the third side without knowledge of Azerbaijan, said Azerbaijani official.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov commented on the question whether data may be transferred to the third states including Armenia. He said Defense Ministers of Azerbaijan and Russia are currently holding talks to prolong the terms of leasing of Qabala radar, APA news agency reports.
“The treaty may be prolonged without changes or with them. Signing of a new agreement is not ruled out as well,” he said.
