Gurgen Arsenyan, the new Ambassador of Armenia to Russia, presented his credentials to Russian President Vladimir Putin Tuesday.
The respective ceremony took place in the Kremlin.
Also, Ambassador Arsenyan pledged to work towards improving Armenia’s relations with Russia so that they reach a satisfactory state for everyone.
