France is going to supply Ukraine with anti-aircraft missiles and other weapons on the account of revenues from frozen Russian assets, said Sebastien Lecornu, the Minister for the Armed Forces of France.

"For French taxpayers, it will be nice to know that we have found new funding options for assisting Ukraine. Next week, we will supply Kyiv with Mistral air defense missiles, as well as other weapons—including jointly with Italy—on the account of the revenues from frozen Russian assets," said Lecornu after the talks between the defense ministers of Germany, the UK, Italy, Poland, and France.

According to him, France will continue to train Ukrainian soldiers. Lecornu informed that recently, 2,300 Ukrainian soldiers were sent back to Ukraine after being trained in France.
