Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht Ravanchi has left for Oslo, the capital of Norway, to lay the groundwork for future bilateral negotiations with the US, a source informed, reports Farhikhtegan newspaper of Iran.
The Norwegian side took such an initiative in order to prepare the ground for future direct dialogue between Tehran and Washington, the source noted.
But there are doubts that conditions will be created for conducting such bilateral talks.
