Aston Martin's long-awaited Valhalla supercar will go into series production in just a few months, with a huge power advantage over its main competitors, reports Autoblog.

The company has released full production specifications of its new mid-engine hybrid ahead of customer deliveries from the second half of 2025, revealing it has more power than originally promised and delivers the highest rev range of any Aston Martin model.

Mercedes' V8 hybrid engine was originally rated at 1,000bhp, but Aston boosted that to 1,079bhp to make it more powerful than the Lamborghini Temerario, McLaren Artura, and Ferrari 296 GTB.

The model is equipped also with a lightweight exhaust system that exits from the top of the rear panel and has adjustable flaps to give an "authentic sound character" to the Aston Martin.

Like the Ferrari SF90, the Valhalla uses only the front electric motors for driving in EV mode, which enables it to reach speeds of up to 80 mph (128.7 km/h). But in normal driving situations, the electric power is split between the two axles to increase the power of the V8.
