The perpetrator of the terrorist attack against Igor Kirillov, the head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, has been caught, reported the public relations center of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).

He is a citizen of Uzbekistan, born in 1995, who detonated an improvised explosive device near a residential house in Moscow, as a result of which Kirillov and his assistant were killed.

The perpetrator of this terrorist attack informed that he was recruited by the Ukrainian special services, the FSB added.
