YEREVAN. – Armenian photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan does not have any expectations from judicial bodies that persons attacking him on December 9 will be punished as they deserve.

Gagik Shamsyan informed the reporter of Armenian News-NEWS.am that it is not the first time that someone who attacked him was arrested.

“Years ago when the brother of Nubarashen community head attacked me, he was arrested, stayed in the isolation cell for three days and was dismissed on caution,” Shamshyan said.

Answering the question what he expects from the proceeding of the case he said that he is not very optimistic.

“50/50. To be honest I don’t have any hopes concerning the judicial system. I don’t believe the judicial bodies,” he added.
