Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who has been diagnosed with the coronavirus, will participate in today's session of the EAEU via video link, Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson of the Russian President, told reporters Thursday, according to TASS.

"At first, a session with a narrow composition will be held, then—with an expanded composition. The opening speech of [Russian President Vladimir] Putin and then the speech of Armenian Prime Minister [Nikol] Pashinyan—who will participate via video link—at the narrow session will be open to the press," said the Kremlin spox.

The extended session will be held behind closed doors, at the end of which the heads of state will continue communication during the working lunch.

There are many matters on the EAEU agenda, Peskov emphasized.
