Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has received an invitation to participate in the annual National Prayer Breakfast to be held in Washington D.C. on February 6, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned. However, it is not known yet whether or not Pashinyan will attend this event in the United States.
Armenian News-NEWS.am had sent a written request to the Armenian government to find out if Pashinyan had received an official invitation to this event and whether he was planning to go to the US in this connection.
In response, the government responded that the PM's office provides timely information on all of Pashinyan's visits.
The National Prayer Breakfast has been held in the United States since 1953. The country’s serving and former presidents attend this annual traditional event held by the US Congress, and guests from fifty US states and more than 100 countries are also invited to this event.
