Baku is again demanding to change the constitution of Armenia. The demand was voiced this time by the minister of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov.

"The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia are negotiating a peace agreement. No final agreement has been reached on the two articles of the peace treaty; [respective] negotiations are continuing. The constitution and legal documents of Armenia still contain a claim to Azerbaijani lands; this should be settled," Bayramov told reporters.

According to him, the venue and timeframe of the next meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan have not yet been agreed upon.
