A visit to Armenia by Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council of Russia, is being prepared. Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov announced this at a press conference held in Moscow with his visiting Armenian counterpart, Ararat Mirzoyan, on Tuesday
According to Lavrov, the Russian side hopes that the 10th Russian-Armenian Interregional Forum will coincide with this visit.
