An explosion with the subsequent collapse of the hangar occurred at the oil depot in the city of Zhezkagan in Kazakhstan. Six people were injured, reports Tengrinews.kz.

On the territory of one of the oil depots located in the city of Zhezkazgan, there was a burning of three special purpose vehicles. Before the arrival of fire units there was an explosion of gas-air mixture with the subsequent collapse of the hangar.

The first units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived on the scene and began to extinguish the fire. Additional fire brigades arrived afterwards.

As a result of the fire, four employees of the oil depot were hospitalized. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
