Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Secretary General Sergey Lebedev, following Armenia’s not participating in the CIS observation mission in the presidential election in Belarus, expressed hope that Yerevan will return to collaboration, TASS reports.
“I hope that Armenia will return to full cooperation within the CIS,” he told reporters.
Lebedev added that Minsk is also ready to work together with Armenia.
“Belarus is ready for collaboration,” he noted.
