Azerbaijan will not be represented in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), noted Frank Schwabe, Head of the German Delegation to PACE.
“Azerbaijan accepts that it cannot have a delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe due to fundamental disregard for the values and rules of the Council of Europe and is not sending a delegation to Strasbourg for accreditation,” the German lawmaker wrote on X.
