The Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan intends to publish the preliminary report on the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) plane near the Aktau airport in the coming days, transport minister Marat Karabayev told a press conference.
"The work is in the final phase, we expect that the preliminary report will be officially published on our website in the coming days. Specialists need time to complete their work, it is very delicate, painstaking work," Karabayev said.
He noted that specialists from Kazakhstan, Brazil, Russia, Azerbaijan, and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) are participating in the work.
"The work of all of them is in the final phase," the Kazakh minister of transport emphasized, in particular.
