Commenting on the Council of Europe's statements about establishing a "tribunal" for Russia, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that such “experts” are deliberately taking a one-sided position, reports RIA Novosti.

"We [i.e. Russia] believe that all these international structures and all these so-called ‘experts’ are deliberately taking an absolutely one-sided and unconstructive position. They are not ready to see reality," Peskov told reporters, responding to the respective question.
