Azerbaijan is planning to develop defense cooperation with Somalia.

A number of documents were signed within the framework of the visit by the President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, to the Azerbaijani capital Baku, APA reports.

In particular, the defense ministers of Azerbaijan and Somalia, Zakir Hasanov and Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, exchanged an agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Somalia on cooperation in the defense and defense industry sectors.
