YEREVAN. – The Armenian Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) announced Wednesday the results of the “DigiTec Exhibition: Festival for Technological Armenians” journalism contest.

And Armenian News-NEWS.am’s journalist Samvel Avagyan was declared winner in the “Best Article” category, and he will receive a 50,000 dram (approx. US$ 132) cash prize.

The awards for all prize-winning journalists will be presented during Armenian information technology sector’s New Year celebration, which will be held on December 26.
