The First President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, does not intend to respond to the lies expressed by ex-President Robert Kocharyan and the fairy tales he concocted in retrospect at the press conference. Ter-Petrosyan's spokesperson, Arman Musinyan, wrote about this on Facebook.
At Monday's press conference, the second President of Armenia, Rupert Kocharyan, had stated as follows, in particular: "You say you did not have a primary mandate, I had a primary mandate in [Nagorno-]Karabakh, and I gave up that mandate because it was Levon Ter-Petrosyan who had asked me to come to Armenia to take up the post of Prime Minister [of Armenia].
I gave up the primary mandate [in Nagorno-Karabakh, came to Armenia, and there were very clear agreements on how we work. I said very clearly then that, ‘I have not had a boss for a long time.’ The relationship with Levon Ter-Petrosyan was good, not bad, but I said, 'I haven't had a boss for a long time, and I'm coming here for this purpose. Don't be offended, if I don't accept you as a boss, I will accept business relations.'"
