Russia wants to make a deal. This was stated by US President Donald Trump, Sky News reports.

He said that negotiations between Washington and Moscow will begin on Tuesday in Saudi Arabia.

Trump added that a deal on mineral supplies with Ukraine is close to being finalized.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the US and Ukraine could sign a mineral agreement as early as today.
