Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: Official Yerevan announced yesterday that they have received Baku’s response regarding the [draft] peace treaty, which they had been waiting for for three and a half months; but it is not being disclosed what response they received. [Armenian PM Nikol] Pashinyan said yesterday that they had not reached an agreement, nor could he say that they have refused.

There are suspicions that two more points have been added to the unagreed points [in the peace treaty draft]: the opening of the “Zangezur corridor” [via Armenia], and the adoption of a new constitution [of Armenia]. The thing is that until recently, bilateral statements were being made that they had not yet agreed on 2 points: the points of renouncing international claims against each other, and not deploying representatives of third countries on the [Armenia-Azerbaijan] border.

However, 2 days ago, the vice president of the Azerbaijani parliament, [Ziyafet] Askerov, noted the 17-point [draft] peace treaty’s two unagreed provisions, one of which concerns the amendment to the constitution of Armenian, the other—the “Zangezur corridor.”

This—in the case when months ago it was announced that the point of unblocking the roads has been removed from the treaty. Although the [Armenian] NA [i.e. the National Assembly] deputy speaker has dismissed the statements of his Azerbaijani counterpart, noting that there are no such points in the treaty, life has shown that the statements of Azerbaijani officials become reality sooner or later.
