YEREVAN.- President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is arriving on an official visit to Armenia on Friday at the invitation of his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan.
Meetings with Armenia’s top officials and signing of bilateral agreements are expected during the visit.
The visit of Iranian leader was planned for summer but was canceled due to technical reasons, as work on certain documents had not been completed.
