The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) maintains working relations with Armenia. This was stated by CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov in an exclusive interview with Izvestia.

“We [i.e. the OSCE] maintain working relations with Yerevan. I want to emphasize once again that the Republic of Armenia remains an ally [of the OSCE], and the organization’s obligations towards the country are maintained. As for the signals of [Armenia’s] readiness to resume cooperation with the CSTO, the format of relations has not changed and remains the same,” said the CSTO Secretary General.

Armenia has frozen its participation in the CSTO since February 2024.
