Russia and the United States are not yet planning a high-level talk, but these plans can be quickly changed if necessary, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing in response to a TASS question.
“So far there are no plans for a high-level talk. If necessary, you know, they appear quite quickly and promptly,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
