The trial in the criminal case of Arif Rasulov and Elnur Rasulov, accused of high treason, has been completed.

APA reports that both defendants were found guilty and sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony.

Rasulov and Rasulov were accused of being recruited by Iran's intelligence services and sending via WhatsApp photos and video footage of oil and gas pipelines, places where unmanned aerial vehicles, tanks and various military equipment are stored, equipment presented at the Texnofest aviation, space and technology festival in Baku, as well as surface-to-air missile systems and other radar and control devices located in Baku and other areas.
