There is no progress on opening the Armenian-Turkish border. This was stated by Serdar Kilic, Turkey's special representative for the normalization of relations with Armenia.
"No. There is no progress on this matter," the Turkish diplomat said, answering a question from RIA Novosti.
And referring to the timeframe for the next talks with the Armenian side, Kilic stated that Turkey wants to develop the process and is in touch with Armenia. However, no specific timeframe has been set for the negotiations at the moment.
Earlier, a meeting between the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey on the normalization of relations between the two countries was held on the margins of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. According to the representative of Armenia, deputy speaker of the parliament Ruben Rubinyan, this meeting was positive.
