US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that he considers the dialogue between Washington and Moscow important. He told about this to reporters at Paris-Le Bourget Airport in France.
"We just haven't communicated [with Russia] for three and a half years. I think it’s important that communication happened," said the US secretary of state.
