US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has canceled a trip to London to hold talks to end the war in Ukraine, reports The New York Times.
This decision was made after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Kyiv will not recognize Crimea as a Russian territory—under the peace agreement.
US State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce explained Rubio's aforesaid decision by his busy schedule.
The meeting is scheduled for today.
